When ordering a product or service from MEMORAL.LV online or by phone, you have the right to cancel / refuse the order within 14 calendar days if the order has not been processed! If the order has been processed, only a partial order amount will be refunded if you cancel the product/service.

Delivery and/or installation of the product is subject to separate agreement. The installation fee may be added to the delivery fee (if the product must be delivered and installed outside Riga/Latvia). Additionally, local cemetery fees may be applied (if any) - one-time entrance fee to the cemetery; one-time permit to perform concreting/installation work at the gravesite; etc.

Deliveries are made throughout the European Union!

Installations are performed only within Latvia, with an additional delivery fee.

Engraving is performed on the monument at the request of the customer. Name, Surname, dates, as well as a cross if necessary; portrait; drawings; etc. The price of the engraving is specified and agreed with the customer. Engraving prices are available in the MEMORAL price list.

The approximate production time for the monument is ~12 weeks. The monument is made individually after receiving the order and coordinating the details of the order (engraving, material, dimensions, installation, etc.).
